1 General Provisions

These Terms form a legal agreement between joya 9tv ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). This agreement applies to the platform's website, mobile application, and all related services.

These Terms are written and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts is accepted for the resolution of any disputes. joya 9tv services are provided entirely online, and the quality and features of the services may change without prior notice.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also an integral part of using the platform. These documents should be read together, as they complement one another.

In the event of any conflict arising from translation or interpretation into any language, the original Bengali document shall be considered authoritative.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Verification and Security

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is required before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain limit. A clear photo of a National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued ID may be required for verification. Personal information will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties.

3.2 Account Security Responsibility

It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Passwords should not be shared with anyone, written down, or stored in an insecure location. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 OTP and Two-Factor Verification

OTP (One-Time Password) may be used for certain transactions. This code must never be shared with anyone — no representative of joya 9tv will ask for an OTP by phone or chat. If anyone asks for an OTP, it should be treated as a fraudulent attempt.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on the joya 9tv platform are currently available through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions are not accepted or processed through any method other than these.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below the specified amounts cannot be processed.

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times. Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,200 bonus, the total balance is ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated in the offer details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses may not be active at the same time — if one is active, another cannot be claimed.
• If bonus abuse is found, the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings is reserved.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. In cases where odds or bets were placed incorrectly due to a technical error, joya 9tv reserves the right to cancel or correct those bets.

6.2 Result Determination

In sports betting, official announcements from internationally recognized sports governing bodies are followed to determine results. Casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), and the outcome of all games is completely impartial and automated.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, device issues, or any other reason, the system will automatically determine the outcome for that round. In such cases, joya 9tv's system records will be considered the final proof.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joya 9tv platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing coordinated or calculated bets with the intent of abusing the bonus system.
• Registering with a false identity or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.
• Spreading false information about the platform.

If any member is found to have engaged in any of the prohibited activities described above, their account will be permanently closed and the right to forfeit the associated balance and winnings is reserved.

Submitted information is kept secure through SSL encryption. Information may only be shared with third parties where there is a legal obligation or where it is strictly necessary for service operation.

11 Limitation of Liability

The joya 9tv platform is provided "as is". There is no obligation to provide compensation for temporary service interruptions due to technical issues, server downtime, or external causes.

joya 9tv is not responsible for any issues related to third-party software, internet connection, or devices used by the member. joya 9tv bears no responsibility if personal information or an account password is inadvertently shared with another person.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
